this voki is my mihi
this is paul jennings he shows exillence by writing
books for other people instead of wasting his tallents
and sitting on the couch
On a summers day in the rainforest
I found a beautiful cave with a spring
There was a waterfall running of the roof of the cave
There was goldfish,
There was clownfish,
There were water lilies galore,
There was moss on the walls,
The inside of the cave was as big as a hall.
The smell of tiger lilies filled my nose,
And the spring smelt like a scented hose,
The cave smelt like my mums perfume
Then I heard a deafening
boom!
Of falling stalactite hitting the ground
And old stalagmite crumbling down
Then the sound of fish splashing around
I felt smooth rubble surrounding the cave
I felt relaxing moss on the walls
I felt stalagmite that was so tall
I tasted the taste of the ocean air
And the taste of dead rotting hare.
So that’s the poem I’ve written today
So I’ll take a bow and say hooray.
